Hacking a Titan 1 ICBM

This a Titan ICBM 1 first and second stage in the location where they have sat neglected for 40 years. We are going to restore this rocket and upgrade it to serve as an educational tool as well as a smallsat payload integration testbed. This project will be undertaken at NASA Ames Research Center at Bldg 596 aka “McMoons” where the Lunar Orbiter Image Recovery Project (LOIRP) has been underway for 2 years.
