Expedition 36 Soyuz TMA-09M Rollout

With a scheduled liftoff set for this Wednesday, the Soyuz TMA-09M spacecraft is raised into vertical position after arriving at the Baikonur Cosmodrome launch pad by train today in Kazakhstan.
The launch of the Soyuz rocket will bring Expedition 36/37 Soyuz Commander Fyodor Yurchikhin of the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos), Flight Engineers Luca Parmitano of the European Space Agency and Karen Nyberg of NASA to the International Space Station. The tio of astronauts will remain aboard the station until mid-November.
