In many HiRISE images, we can observe blocks of carbon dioxide sliding down dunes and creating shallow channels.

Blocks that break off higher on the dune will slide down the dune lubricated by a layer of gas that pushes sand out to the side.

Our goal here is to see if the ice blocks follow the same path and deepen or lengthen the channels. The scene is also full of dust devil tracks.
