NASA FISO Presentation: Evolvable Mars Campaign Small Habitat Commonality Reduces Cost and Improves Operations

Now available is the July 29, 2015 NASA Future In-Space Operations (FISO) telecon material. The speaker was Brand Griffin (NASA MSFC) who discussed “Evolvable Mars Campaign Small Habitat Commonality Reduces Cost and Improves Operations”.
Brand Griffin is a senior engineer with Gray-Research supporting NASA’s Advanced Concepts Office at the Marshall Space Flight Center working on deep space habitats and the Evolvable Mars Campaign. Previously, he worked for Boeing on Space Station and lunar/Mars programs. He is responsible for designs of habitats, open-cockpit lunar hoppers, pressurized rovers, horizontal landers and space suits. He has degrees from Rice University, California Institute of the Arts, and Washington State University.
