OSP Level 1 Requirements Due Soon
Editor’s note: Sean O’Keefe visted MSFC last week with OSF AA Bill Readdy. Among the topics discussed were the Level 1 Requirements for the Orbital Space Plane. Word has it, at O’Keefe’s direction, that the OSP requirements were to be succinct enough so as to fit on one page. They apparently meet that requirement.
