Movie Trailer and Stills from the upcoming film “Mission to Mars” are now online.
At first glance this Brian DePalma film looks like a cross between “2001: A Space Odyssey” and “Dune” with a hefty dose of the “Mars Direct” concept. Advisors for the film included Mars Society president Bob Zubrin and Space Station Chief Scientist Kathy Clark. Due in theatres from Touchstone Pictures on 10 March 2000, this film is subtitled “Let there be Life”. Also included on this website are links to various Mars Polar Lander activities.
