ESA’s planetary probe Venus Express arrived at destination on 11 April and on 4 July, entered routone science operations.
Today, a first glimpse at data obtained so far and a report on the functioning of the instruments is provided. In particular, numerous animated sequences from the Virtox and VMC imaging instruments are included. These are complemented by an interview with the Venus Express Project Scientist, Hakan Svedhem.
