Background information on the transmission:
The launch of Venus Express is scheduled for 9 November 2005 at 03:33 GMT.
Fifteen hours before lift-off, the ESA TV Service will provide a final pre-event feed, as follows:
15 minutes of B-roll material on last launch preparations and the roll-out of the Soyuz launcher at the Cosmodrome in Baikonur.
15 minutes of general Venus Express background footage, including 3-D animations.
The feed will be ex ESOC. During line-up, colour bars with a “news equipe” SNG vehicle ident will be transmitted.
