Description

As announced at the Space Mission Communications & Data Services (SMCDS) Industry Briefing conducted by NASA Headquarters on December 18, 2002, the NASA Integrated Services Network (NISN) has become part of the Marshall Space Flight Center Unified NASA Information Technology Services (UNITeS) work package. This work package is part of the overall SMCDS acquisition conducted by NASA Headquarters. This notice is to advise all parties interested in the UNITeS effort that NISN facilities associated with the UNITeS effort and located at the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), Greenbelt, Maryland, will be available for viewing as part of the Industry Briefing conducted for the GSFC work package (MOMS). These facilities are as follows: GSFC TV – Building 8 Internet Protocol Network Operations Center (IPNOC) – Building 8 Tech Control – Building 14 Voice Control – Building 14 Electronic Maintenance – Building 14 NISN Gateway – Building 1 This tour will be conducted on March 12, 2003. Registration for the GSFC Industry Briefing/Site Tour will be required for viewing these facilities in accordance with direction provided at the following web site: http://foundation.hq.nasa.gov/newsinfo/contracts/smcds.html
