Background footage for de-orbit coverage

Background information on the transmission:

Tomorrow, 18 January 2001 at 06:56 GMT, the Progress supply vehicle that will be used to de-orbit the Mir space station, will be launched from Baiknur in Kazachstan.

The ESA TV Service replays a 20-minute compilation on Mir and its history, as background footage for reporting on the Mir de-orbiting.

More footage will be transmitted as the de-orbiting scheudled fro 6 March will come closer.
