Thomas Reiter returns to Germany: ESA TV coverage
Next week, ESA astronaut Thomas Reiter will return to Germany after a 166-day mission to the International Space Station. ESA-TV will provide coverage as follows:
16 January 10:00-11:00 GMT Astrolab Post-Flight Presentation
48 hours before the first public appearance, ESA-TV releases a 30-minute Post-Flight video with the best images from the Astrolab mission, including much new footage shot by Reiter brought back to Earth on 23 December. The commentary for thee video has been written by Reiter who also did the voiceover (in German – English version being prepared).

18 January 10:00-11:00 GMT Press conference with ESA astronaut Thomas Reiter
The press conference will take place at the European Astronaut Centre EAC in Cologne, Germany and ESA-TV will provide a live broadcast of the event, featuring the following speakers:
– Prof. Sigmar Wittig, Chairman of the ESA Council and Director General of the German Space Agency, DLR
– Michel Tognini, Head of the European Astronaut Centre EAC
– Thomas Reiter, ESA Astronaut
Languages will be German and English, with two audio channels: international audio and English interpretation
