The European Space Agency (ESTEC) Recruits a Scientist

A selection of duties and responsibilities:

– providing scientific support to future ESA robotic exploration   mission studies to Mars;

– providing scientific expertise to the presently ongoing   implementation of the ExoMars Programme;

– performing scientific research, preferably in the area of   terrestrial planets, in particular Mars.

Qualifications:

PhD or equivalent degree in the field of Planetary Sciences
Substantial experience in particular utilizing space-based
instrumentation.

Scientific areas: geology, geophysics, geochemistry, exobiology and
atmospheric sciences

Applications are only considered from nationals of one of the
following States: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark,
Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the
Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the
United Kingdom and Canada.
