Terra Weekly Mission Status Update January 03 – 09, 20033

On January 7, 2003, NASA Code Q provided its report to NASA Code Y on the Deep Space Calibration Maneuver. The Earth Science Mission Operations (ESMO) office is now waiting to hear from Code Y on whether there is approval for the maneuver.

Terra operations are normal this week. A successful drag make-up maneuver was conducted on January 7. The MODIS yaw calibration maneuvers will be completed on January 15 and 16.
