Terra Weekly Mission Status Update 12-18 Jan 2001

Terra spacecraft operations from January 12 * 18 were nominal. All five instruments are operating in their full science mode.

The Flight Operations Team successfully conducted a Terra Drag Make-up Maneuver on January 17 at 19:38:00 zulu.

The EOS Real-time Processing System (ERPS) has been Terra’s prime command path (IP mode) since January 10. The next phase in this transition is to have the polar network ERPS transition to operations.

On January 21, the SAC-C spacecraft will come within 5 km of the Terra spacecraft.
The Terra flight team has been placed on alert to look for any communications interference.

A MODIS calibration maneuver was successfully conducted on January 13.
