**** SPACE WEATHER OUTLOOK ****

Summary For December 2-8

Space weather reached minor levels during the past week. A category R1
(minor) radio blackout occurred due to an energetic solar flare on
December 4th at 3:49 P.M. MST (2249 UTC). No major effects from this
flare were observed at Earth. For a list of adverse system effects
related to space weather storms, please refer to the NOAA Space Weather
Scales.

Outlook For December 11-17

Space weather is expected to be at minor levels. Isolated Category R1
(minor) radio blackouts are possible during the week.

USAF, NASA, NSF, USGS, the International Space Environment Services
and other observatories, universities, and institutions. For more
