Shuttle Processing Note: At Launch Pad 39A, workers completed hypergolic
loading efforts yesterday. Solid rocket booster hydraulic closeouts are in
work today. The flight readiness test for Shuttle Atlantis’ main engines
begins tonight and aft compartment closeouts begin tomorrow. The aft doors
are slated for installation Monday night.
Technicians are preparing the payload bay for door closure, scheduled to
occur tonight. Space suit functional checks are scheduled today and flight
crew equipment stowage begins tomorrow.

Shuttle Processing Note: Testing of Discovery’s power reactant storage and
distribution system is complete. Today technicians are checking the
orbiter’s water spray boilers and testing the Ku band system. Main
propulsion system leak checks are also in work.

Shuttle Processing Note: Technicians have removed Endeavour’s forward
reaction control system to accommodate thruster replacement work. Orbital
maneuvering system pod checks continue. This week workers are scheduled to
replace fuel cell No. 2.
