Space Product Development Weekly Highlights – February 19, 2003

CAS Meeting
The Commercial Advisory Subcommittee (CAS), a research partnership advisory
organization to the Biological and Physical Research Advisory Committee
(BRAC), was given information on the FY04 budget outlook including Full
Cost Accounting. Program transition strategy was discussed relative to
linking partnership research to NASA’s Strategic Plan. The topic will
be further discussed in a follow-on meeting at the Research Partnership
Centers’ (CSCs) Directors meeting in February 2003.
