* GODDARD MOVES TO CODE ORANGE:
On weekdays from 6am to 6pm GSFC visitors go to the Visitors Center
for processing. Outside those hours and on weekends and holidays
(such as May 26 Memorial Day) they should check in as usual at the
front gate Bldg. 9. Badge requests *must* be signed by the Director
of Space Science and delivered for processing by the security office
at least 10 days in advance of any visit to avoid an escort requirement.
The 10-day limit is ALWAYS APPLICABLE, the extra signature requirement
is a consequence of the heightened alert level.* Monday is a holiday in the US. There will be a student ECS operator
in the EOF from 12:30-21 UT.* Voice boxes will be down on Tuesday from 9am-11am.
* Wednesday, 28 May between 2 and 4:30 PM EDT (18-20:30 UT) there
will be some short outages on the TRACE network during an upgrade.2. Operations Constraints
