* HESSI launch date is Tuesday 5 February* Wednesday’s daily planning meeting will be delayed until
11 a.m. due to visitors in the EOF (see below).* German Secretary of Education and Science, Edelgard Bulmahn,
will be visiting the EOF with a party of about 25 people on
Wednesday 6 February sometime after 9 a.m. for 30 minutes.* Possible New York city college student tour of EOF on Friday
8 February.* Next recorder dump will be 7 February.

CDS: Equitorial coronal hole study on Monday. JOP151 on Tuesday,
Wednesday, and Thursday. Irradiance study on Friday for rocket
flight support. Usual weekend studies over the weekend.UVCS: JOP151 and synoptics. 8-hour flat field calibration on Tuesday.
Coronal hole observations begin on the weekend.LASCO: C2/C3 synoptics and JOP151 support.
EIT: 195 CME watch, JOP151 support, rocket flight support.
MDI: Full disk magnetograms and dopplergrams for continuous
contact, JOP151 support, calibrations on Monday.TRACE: HESSI coordination, supporting rocket flight (would like to
know the rocket flight window), preparing to come out of eclipse
season.
