1. Announcements
----------------
* Possible security scans starting at 13:30 UT (8:30 AM EST) Wednesday 
  during the DSN gap.

* Visitors from Finland on 11 February at ~11am.

* Data may be delayed in getting to us on 11 February due to some 
  station testing.

* Fire alarm system maintenance February 3-21. The system will be 
  restored after work is completed each day. Bells will not ring
  during this maintenance. No impact is expected.


2. Operations Constraints
-------------------------
* EIT Bakeout ends on Monday

* Commanding times for the week:

  Monday -    D66 pass then D27 from 19-20:30 UT then D/L only station.
  Tuesday -   D54 pass then D27 from 16:30 until the end of the day.
  Wednesday - Gap until 16:40 UT then D54 until 18:40 UT then D/L only.
  Thursday -  D27 pass after 19 UT.
  Friday -    Gap from 15:30-16:30 then D16.
  Saturday -  D/L only until 19 UT then D27.
  Sunday -    D27 pass after 19 UT.
