ANNOUNCEMENTS

* HESSI target for today: AR 9866

* Due to TDRS problems our DSN schedule will have another gap

  in contact.  It will be Thursday morning from 02:25 until 05:20 UT.
* The domestic hot water outage in GSFC Building 3 to repair the

  system main condensate line is scheduled to continue on

  March 19. Please be advised that this will affect domestic

  hot water, heat, and humidity control in all of Building 3.
* MEDOC has been rescheduled for Wednesday, 22 May through

  Wednesday, 05 June 2002.
* Thursday, 21 March, no commanding will be allowed from 23-23:30 UT

  while JPL upgrades the Special Function Gateway (SFG).  Only a

  5-second telemetry outage is expected.  Missing data will be

  recoverable from the CDR.

  078/0021      Received degraded TLM from D27 starting at 0021

                until 0102; cause unknown.  D16 was brought up to

                provide TLM at 0102 as their data appeared to be

                clean.

  078/1024      Lost 5 minutes 6 seconds of unrecoverable TLM due

                to a LMC failure at D54.  DR #M100615.
Other: There will be no FOT support at this mornings meeting.  Sorry

for any inconvience this causes.  Please direct any questions to one

of the OEs.

	the north. Tomorrow: same plan but polarity reversal in the

	south.
UVCS:	Nominal. Streamer/coronal hole boundary observations in the

	south and mini synoptic. Tomorrow: long synoptic.
LASCO:	Nominal. C2/C3 synoptics.
EIT:	Nominal. 195 Angstrom CME watch and synoptics.
MDI:	Nominal. Full disk magnetograms and dopplergrams.  Continuous

	contact begins today.
TRACE:	Nominal. Supporting JOP118 in 171A by tracking AR 9871.
