ANNOUNCEMENTS

* HESSI target: 9830

* The updated value for the OBT clock delta has improved, and is
now only -7ms.

* The next SSR dump will be Thursday

* Two members of the House Appropriations Committee staff are
currently scheduled to visit the SOHO EOF at 1:00 PM on
Friday, March 1, for 20 – 25 minutes.

* CMS testing on Wednesday at 14:30 UT.

* Solar science seminar Wed Feb 27, 2002 at 3:30pm in the EAF by
David Rust (JHU/APL) on Magnetic Flux Emergence in AR8844 – Flare
Genesis Observations.

EXP LCL disabled
SUMER OFF

Spacecraft Anomalies:
054/0910 CUVMCP violated red high limits. CDS personnel and
OE notified. Impacts TBD.

Accomplished Activities:
DOY 053: VIRGO, SWAN, RSL
New control star, mag = 6.65
New tracking star, mag = 7.30
Executed OCD #1675: Uplink CEL020222101
DOY 054: VIRGO, CELIAS, Flight S/W Maintenance
DOY 055: VIRGO, Noncoho Load

Upcoming Operations: None

Ground Anomalies:
055/0840 Spurious lock on spacecraft RCVR 2 during ranging
support (using RCVR 1). Problem triggered by an
elevated uplink power at D46.
055/2255 Lost 1 minute 44 seconds of unrecoverable TLM when D46
personnel inadvertently pulled the telemetry system
patches.
056/0915 D66 swept the uplink for RCVR 1 without POCC
direction. No observed impacts.
056/0958 Lost 1 minute 21 seconds of unrecoverable TLM, cause
unknown.
