Description
NASA/GSFC has a requirement for a SIM Enterprise Premier Membership Premier Membership, 1 year membership.
The SIM Enterprise Premier Membership provides full access to SIM Advanced Practices Council membership for CIO as well as a full membership in SIM, including chapter membership; four additional full memberships in SIM, including chapter memberships; one registration to SIM’s Regional Leadership Forum, which includes separate SIM membership for the participant plus SIMposium registration; one registration to SIMposium, SIM’s annual conference; opportunity to access SIM members-only webcasts, publications and white papers.
NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Society for Information Management pursuant to FAR 13.106 for the acquisition of supplies or services determined to be reasonably available from only one source.
The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.
Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 3:30 p.m. local time on Dec 15, 2011. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
