DOY 087 March 28, 2011 2245 UTC NOAA-15 AMSU-B antenna scan motor
stopped. Engineers are working to revive the scan motor, hopefully on
the 1500 UTC pass.
All other POES operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

Monterey due to power outage have all been received and processed at ESPC.
DOY 087 March 28, 2011 2245 UTC No NOAA-15 AMSU-B products available
until scan motor is reset.
