SALMON-3 AO Amendments 9 & 10: Changes
On August 6 and 7, 2018 respectively, NASA released a 2018 Heliophysics Technology Demonstration Mission of Opportunity (MO) as Program Element Appendix (PEA) L (NNH17ZDA004O-HPTDMO) and a 2018 Heliophysics Science MO as PEA M (NNH17ZDA004O-HPSMO) of the Third Stand Alone Missions of Opportunity Notice (SALMON-3).
Amendment 9 to the SALMON-3 AO, released September 26, 2018, makes three changes to Sections 6.1.2 and 6.2.2 in PEA L, which modifies previously published restrictions on changing team membership after the notification proposal has been submitted.
