ESA’s Rosetta probe was successfully launched into space on 2 March 2004 at 07:17 GMT.
Today’s transmission provides, three days after launch, an overview of Europe’s latest space exploration mission with the best pre-launch, launch and post-launch images/animations of its twelve-year voyage through interplanetary space.
The programme comprises of a 5-minute A-roll with split track and commentary and is complemented by a B-Roll with clean international sound. The script will be on-line as a PDF document under http://television.esa.int/photos/EbS33660.pdf
A Windows Media Player preview of the transmission can be downloaded from the ESA TV Website, as of the morning of 5 March.
