ROSES-12 Amendment 22: New opportunity: Theoretical and Computational Astrophysics Networks Joint Call with NSF

Theoretical and Computational Astrophysics Networks (TCAN) joint program with NSF has the following goals:

– To support coordinated efforts in fundamental theory and computational techniques in order to make Theoretical and Computational Astrophysics Networks groundbreaking advances in astrophysics;

– To strengthen theoretical and computational astrophysics in the US by uniting researchers in collaborative networks that cross institutional and geographical divides; and

– To advance the training of the future workforce of theoretical and computational scientists.

The open window for proposal submission is February 1-14, 2013 via NSF’s proposal submission page, FastLane at https://www.fastlane.nsf.gov/. Proposals must be submitted by 5 pm local time for the proposer on February 14, 2013. The text of this solicitation can be found at this NSF web page: http://go.usa.gov/Yehz.
