ROSES-09 Amendment 8: Revised text for Appendix D.10, MOST Cycle 2

ROSES-09 Amendment 8: Revised text for Appendix D.10, Microvariability and Oscillations of Stars (MOST) – Cycle 2.

Amendment 8 presents new text for Appendix D.10, MOST – Cycle 2, which replaces the prior version in its entirety. Changes from last year: The schedule and anticipated funding level for Cycle 2 have been updated, a modified submission process for observing targets is presented, and a summary table of key information has been added.

Notices of Intent to propose (NOIs) are due August 28, 2009, and proposals are now due on October 9, 2009. Table 2 and Table 3 of the Summary of Solicitation for this NRA have been updated to reflect this change.
