Amendment 10 to the NASA ARMD Research Opportunities in Aeronautics (ROA) 2010 NRA has been posted on the NSPIRES site http://nspires.nasaprs.com/

This release includes two topics on systems analysis for advanced vehicle configurations under ERA2 in Appendix D.2

Notice of Intent to propose is due August 5 and proposals are due September 12.
