Description

This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice that NNJ10TA03S was awarded as a firm fixed priced competitive Space Act Agreement using NASA’s Space Act authority and Recovery Act funds to stimulate effort within the private sector to develop and demonstrate human spaceflight capabilities. This effort is intended to foster entrepreneurial activity leading to job growth in engineering, analysis, design, and research, and to economic growth as capabilities for new markets are created. Paragon’s investment is in developing an “Air Revitalization System,” a long lead component of the life support subsystem which is integral to the development of a human-rated life support thermal control system.
