Description

Effort: To develop a Next Generation Airborne Visible/Infrared Imaging Spectrometer (AVIRISng) of unmatched performance to address the science measurement requirements to support both the NASA HyspIRI Decadal Survey Mission and the Reasearch and Analysis Program of NASA Earth Science.

This Task Order is awarded under the current NASA/Caltech Cost-Plus-Award-Fee Contract NAS7-03001 pursuant to the authority under 10 USC 2304(c)(3), as implemented by FAR 6.302-3.

Due to the complex, cutting-edge research and development work performed at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), a cost-type contract (NAS7-03001) was deemed the most appropriate contractual arrangement.
