THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE SYNOPSIS FOR Terra Video Production. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to change the status of this requirement to competitive. Companies interested in receiving the Request for Quotation should provide company name, address and fax number. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to January 3, 2003. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on November 26, 2002. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and reside on the World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
