The Translational Research Institute for Space Health (TRISH) is holding a virtual Pre-Solicitation Release Webinar in preparation for a 2019 Radiation Solicitation, “Human-Based Models to Study Space Radiation and Countermeasures” on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 1:00 pm Central Time. The URL for the Pre-Solicitation Webinar is https://bcm.zoom.us/webinar/register/5115669305452/WN_S6S_zkuLQs6berpoZOV2zw .
TRISH will focus on complex human in vitro analogs to study radiation and countermeasures for the 2020 BRASH/Program Funding Opportunity. Hence, we will not be accepting BRASH applications that are outside the scope of this announcement.
The Pre-Solicitation Webinar offers the opportunity for TRISH to provide potential proposers with information, or emphasize existing information, that may benefit proposers. The Pre-Proposers Conference also offers proposers the opportunity to pose questions and receive answers and request clarifications. This webinar’s topics are to include: an overview of TRISH and its mission for reducing space radiation risk, concept of the TRISH Radiation Program, how to set up multidisciplinary teams, data sharing, what will be a successful TRISH grant, and timelines.
