This NASA Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) invites proposals in response to EONS-2021: Appendix K: MUREP Space Technology Artemis Research (M-STAR) Implementation Funding activity. In support of NASA’s Artemis program, M-STAR will strengthen and develop the research capacity and infrastructure of U.S. MSIs in areas of strategic importance and value to NASA’s mission and national priorities. M-STAR awards have the goals of promoting literacy in STEM and enhancing the capability of institutions to participate inNASA’s Space Technology Mission Directorate (STMD) research to support the Agency’s advancement of technologies needed for exploration of the Moon, Mars, and beyond.

The NASA M-STAR Implementation Funding Pre-proposal teleconference will give an in-depth overview of the opportunity. During the session, information regarding proposal preparation, guidelines and requirements will be provided.
