Postponment of Amendment #13 to the NRA “Research Opportunities in Space Science (ROSS) 2002,” NRA

The electronic notification released on Jan. 3, 2003, that advertised the
release of new program element, entitled “Call for Mission Concepts:
Einstein Probes,” for the ROSS-2002 NRA, is hereby postponed until further
