Photo Report: ISS Expedition 12 Training

RSC Energia after S.P. Korolev continues the training sessions under the schedule for preparation of Expedition Twelve (ISS-12) crews to the International Space Station.

On June 28 American astronaut William McArthur under the direction of RSC Energia and Institute of Medical-Biological Problems specialists went through the training within the framework of the coming scientific experiment ‘Pilot’.

On June 29 the Corporationís specialists conducted training lessons with Russian cosmonaut Valeriy Tokarev to test the methods of replacing software of the station onboard computer system (OCS S/W), as well as Inventory Management System (IMS).

Likewise, on July 1 astronaut William McArthur was given the lesson to operate OCS S/W. Also he was familiarized with onboard photographic equipment available at the station.
