President, General Designer of S.P. Korolev Rocket and Space Public Corporation Energia N.N. Sevastiyanov met with the crews of Expedition 15 to the International Space Station (ISS-15) and Russian Visiting Crew-12 (VC-12) represented by Fyodor Yurchikhin (test cosmonaut from S.P. Korolev RSC Energia), Oleg Kotov (RGNII GCTC) and US citizen Charles Simonyi (VC-12 space flight participant). The meeting was attended by their backup cosmonauts Mikhail Korniyenko (S.P. Korolev RSC Energia) and Roman Romanenko (RGNII GCTC), as well as NASA astronauts Clayton Anderson and his backup cosmonaut Gregory Chamitoff (with one of them having to fly to the station onboard US Atlantis space vehicle (STS-118)).

During the discussion, the meeting participants dwelt upon the coming flight features, exchanged proposals on its most efficient performance.

Following the discussion, the crew members familiarized themselves with the Corporation Museum exhibits, including descent module of the world’s first cosmonaut Yu.A. Gagarin.
