Summary For February 8-14

Radio blackouts reaching the R1 level were observed on 08 February at
0743 UTC, 1203 UTC, 1347 UTC, and 2123 UTC. A radio blackout reaching
the R2 level was observed on 12 February at 1126 UTC, and an additional
radio blackout reaching the R1 level was observed on 12 February at
1808 UTC.

Outlook For February 17-23

No space weather storms are expected.

USAF, NASA, NSF, USGS, the International Space Environment Services
and other observatories, universities, and institutions. More
