Summary For November 12-18
Space weather reached category R1 levels on the NOAA Space Weather
Scales. Radio blackouts reached category R1 (minor) levels on November
12-14, and 17th. For a list of adverse system effects related to space
weather storms, please refer to the NOAA Space Weather Scales.
Outlook For November 21-27
Space weather is expected to range from minor to moderate levels.
Category R1 (minor) to R2 (moderate) radio blackouts are possible
during the period.

USAF, NASA, NSF, USGS, the International Space Environment Services
and other observatories, universities, and institutions. More
