**** SPACE WEATHER OUTLOOK ****

Summary For August 9-15

Category R1 (minor) (12 – 15 August), category R2 (moderate) (14 – 15
August), and category R3 (strong) (13 August) radio blackouts were
observed due to solar flare activity from active sunspot Region 656.

Outlook For August 18-24

There is a chance for category R1 (minor) and category R2 (moderate)
radio blackouts due to solar flare activity from active sunspot region
656 on 18 – 19 August.
