IA. Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from 01/2100Z
to 02/2100Z: Solar activity was very low. No flares occurred and all
sunspot groups presently on the visible disk are small and
magnetically simple. New Region 9528 (N04E59) was numbered.
IB. Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very
low to low.

The geomagnetic field was quiet to unsettled.
