IA.  Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from  10/2100Z
to 11/2100Z:  Solar activity has been low.  Two C-class flares
occurred today: an optically uncorrelated C2 at 11/1711 UTC, and a
C1/Sf at 11/0043 UTC from Region 9531 (S06W20).  Three new regions
were numbered today:  9536 (N11E40), 9537 (S07E39), and 9538
(N17E86).
IB.  Solar Activity Forecast:  Solar activity is expected to be at
very low to low levels for the next three days.
IIA.  Geophysical Activity Summary 10/2100Z to 11/2100Z:
Geomagnetic field activity was at quiet to unsettled levels.
IIB.  Geophysical Activity Forecast:  Geomagnetic field activity is
expected to persist at quiet to unsettled levels for the next three
days.
