GOES-12 DOY60 multiple frame breaks between 1559Z and 1605Z due to Solar RFI.

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
FNMOC/MONTEREY has informed ESPC that Windsat data will not be available for 24 hours. From February 29, 2012 0000z through March 01, 2012 0000z.

ESPC did not receive the 1600z North and South Cloud Data Set from Offut AFB.
