ESPC Reported data outage and delays
ESPC did not received MTSAT data for 00:32, 01:01, and 01:32z images; the operation of MTSAT-2 stopped from 01 UTC full disk image on 3 August 2011 due to a failure on the MTSAT-2’s ground system. MTSAT-1R entered into a backup observation operation from 02 UTC Northern hemisphere image.
