NOAA-16 Rev 23685 at Fairbanks at 0147Z on April 27: SOCC PATH #2 not receiving data. HPRT not sent to DPSS. SOCC Engineering notified and frame sync #2 crashed (Fairbanks only)(Reset 3 times). EPHEM UPLINK N-16 B/U OBP EPOCH 04-27-05 00:00:00
