SATOPS Morning Report: Wednesday, April 10, 2013

– For questions about data quality (noisy data, dropouts, schedules), GOES or POES products, or status of spacecraft can call the SAB Shift Supervisor at 301-763-8444

GOES
All GOES operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery via GVAR or s/c health & safety.

POES
At 12:17z Engineers successfully decommissioned NOAA 17. Operations included: turning off all transmitters, disconnecting batteries, opening thruster valves to deplete nitrogen, and off pointing the solar array from the Sun.
All other POES operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.
