ESPC Reported data outage and delays
Due to a MetOp Instrument anomaly, GOME data was unavailable from
sensing time 10:12 on DOY 095 until sensing time 16:38.

ESPC did not receive Cape Ferguson N-18 HRPT rev 30276. ESPC sent the
data provider an email.
