SATOPS Morning Report: Wednesday, April 03, 2013

Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:

DOY 093

GOES
All GOES operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery via GVAR or s/c health & safety.

All POES operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

All DMSP operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.

JASON-2
DOY 089 Spacecraft went into Safe Hold Mode at 22:00z. Recovery activities are proceeding nominally. Return to service expected no later than DOY096.
While in safe mode the s/c is transmitting health & safety telemetry only.

All other JASON-2 operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No other anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

SNPP
All Suomi NPP operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No other anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
No Jason-2 operational geophysical data records (OGDRs) available since Safe Hold Mode event at 22:00z DOY 089.
Monterey reports that F-17 rev. 33066 and rev 33067 from MCMURDO is lost.
ESPC missed the 2030 AWIPS West image on the West GINI L1. Problem under investigation.
