– For questions about data quality (noisy data, dropouts, schedules), GOES or POES products, or status of spacecraft can call the SAB Shift Supervisor at 301-763-8444

– To report an outage or document a problem, call the ESPC Operations Crew Lead at 301-457-5218. All LRIT data users are encouraged to report problems to: LRIT@noaa.gov

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
Data Delayed:
DOY 255 Sep 12, 2011: SSMI/S data from F-15 rev. 50733 and F-18 09800 were delayed due to a hung process at Monterey. All data were recovered.

DOY 256 Sep 13, 2011: Jason-2 rev. 15113, 3 minutes out of 15 minute mass memory read delayed until the following pass due to antenna resweeps to initially connect at Fairbanks.
