GOES

GOES-12
Users have been seeing degraded images (“striping”) on IR channel 4 since J27. The problem is believed to be in the SPS. A test was conducted on the back SPS last night and results are being validated today. If the SPS database change made does correct the problem as anticipated this change will be moved to the prime SPS.
